Jane and Mark have been so welcoming it’s felt like home from home. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfasts are excellent and the room very comfortable. The White Horse Inn next door is very good too. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing break. Nearby activities: Nearby Neatishead Staith free launch for access to the broads.

Really loved this place. It's a pretty cottage just a few doors down from a lovely pub in a very special little village close to the stunning Barton Broad. We were here to sail, but the walking and cycling looks really good too.||Jane and …

Beautiful, quiet location. Beds are incredibly comfortable, place is spotless and food is amazing. Recently updated, the décor is lovely - homely feel and very welcoming. Very short walk to a great pub. The hosts are lovely and really helpful. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this B & B to others.

Stayed for 3 nights at Regency guest house. Had a wonderful, truly relaxing stay with amazing hosts. Jane and Mark are so friendly and chilled and extremely accommodating. Wonderful breakfasts which are from local produce. Good pub next door and located on the broads. Already working out a summer break there. Highly recommend.

2 night stay, came down from Essex for a wedding. Lovely traditional guest house, friendly and welcoming hosts. Room was spacious, decorated nicely and very clean. Bathroom had a freestanding bath which was a lovely luxury. Complimentary tea coffee and bottled water. Even a fan, hair dryer etc everything you could want. Nice breakfast, lovely to have the fresh fruit and other options. Thanks for the gluten and dairy free options. Nice pub next door. And walk to the broads, we couldn’t do this on this trip but would definitely return. Ps thank you for the Bobby pin, really saved the day!
